Meet Your Coach
Online coaching only works if there's a real person behind it. Here's who you'd be working with.
Jonny Mace
Director of Online Training, Higher Heights Fitness
Jonny has spent 15 years in the fitness industry, coaching clients in-person at Higher Heights Fitness's Brecksville studio before building Peak Performance, its online training program, to bring that same hands-on coaching to clients training on their own schedule — programming that actually adjusts as your life does, not a template you're left to figure out alone.
Every Peak Performance plan is built and reviewed by Jonny directly. When you check in, he's the one reading it.

The stuff people usually want to know before they start.
How does online coaching actually work?
Start with the free movement check — no cost, no account. Once you're enrolled, you'll get a full starting assessment so Jonny can see where you're at, your goals, and what equipment you have access to. From there he builds your programming directly in the Everfit app — workouts, demo videos, and logging all live there. Every week you fill out a quick check-in here on the site (sleep, stress, how training felt), and Jonny uses that to adjust your plan before small issues turn into big ones.
Do I need a gym membership or special equipment?
No — your programming is built around whatever you actually have access to, whether that's a full gym, a home setup, or just dumbbells and a bench. Tell Jonny what you're working with and the plan is built for it.
Is there a contract, or can I cancel anytime?
No contract. It's billed every 30 days and you can cancel anytime — nothing to sign, nothing to lock you in.
How is this different from just using a fitness app on my own?
An app gives you a template. This gives you a coach who's actually looking at your check-ins every week and adjusting your plan based on how you're really doing — not just swapping exercises on a schedule. You can text Jonny directly with questions, form checks, or when life gets in the way of training.
What if I've never worked with a coach before?
That's most people. The free movement check is a low-pressure way to see what coaching would actually look like before you commit to anything, and the weekly check-in format keeps things simple once you're in — a few questions, a couple minutes, every week.
What happens once I'm ready to enroll?
Jonny sets up your account personally and emails you an access code. You'll use it once, on a simple account activation page, to set your own login — from there you land on a welcome page with a link to your full starting assessment, that's the first thing to complete. Once it's in, Jonny builds your first program in Everfit, and you're set up for your first weekly check-in.
